To the Banned Diggers and Mixxers new and old!

With the HUGE issue going on over at Digg, lately Mixx has seen a ton of new and returning users become more active. However some things are still over looked. So, with that being said, I would like to invite everyone to the "Backdoor" of the Mixx community. We call this door, Mixxingbowl.com . In the "Bowl", as it has been lovingly dubbed, you can find the one and only Mixx user forum located at Mixxingbowl.com/forums. You can also find other media located at Mixxingbowl.com to include Social Blend (Social Media Podcast), Social Mediacrity, The Round Up, and other blog posts by Mixxers.
The forum though is highly important. In the past Digg users pleaded and begged for a user forum. Whenever a user with any initiative would create one, Digg would issue a C&D. This was not the case for Mixx. Mixx.com in all their foresight embraced the Bowl and their community.
The crew at behind the scenes at Mixx go there all the time to get user feedback and interact with their community. So that means, MIXX LISTENS TO THEIR COMMUNITY! Kinda nice to heard eh?
With the creation of the forum came user requested site modifications. Now don't get me wrong not all modifications to Mixx.com were ideas from Mixxingbowl users, but some were. So with that being said, the people who whine and complain about Mixx doesn't generate enough traffic I say this. Give it time. The traffic WILL come. But also, not everyone is in the Social Media realm just for traffic. We do it for fun. The more involved you are with the site and community, the better the rewards later.
So don't be a stranger, come on over and sign up and introduce yourself in the forums here.
I almost forgot Friday Fest. This is our image board that we post craziness to every Friday. Anyone can start Friday Fest as long as the submit it to Mixx to let everyone else know it is going on! So have fun. The Bowl isn't about us Mods or anything like that. It is there for YOU the Mixxer. Have fun, play responsibly, and remember, friends don't let friends post sober!
