"Laptop Hunters" Someone looks familiar

Ok I may be wrong and totally off base, let's face it, it wouldn't be the first time. So I watched one of Microsoft's new "Laptop Hunters" commercials, and something smacked me right in the face. Again, I say I could be wrong, it has happened before and my wife does accuse me of getting people mixed up all the time, but the mother in the picture above looks like a Microsoft Employee known as Annik Stahl.
Annik is better known as the "Crabby Office Lady" an advice columnist for Microsoft's Office product line. Here is a link to one of her videos
So looking at her in the above she shares a close resemblance to the mother in the "Laptop Hunters" video

So my question is, Microsoft have you decided to use employees as actors? Is this new campaign a sham?
If this is true, the commercial is intended to convey an impartial mother and son looking for a laptop. As a Microsoft employee she is no regular Jane Doe. Why try to pull the wool over our eyes?
